We perform a detailed re‑evaluation, modify the treatment, and may refer to specialists or recommend diagnostic tests.

Treatment may include myofascial release, trigger point massage, stretching, mobilization, chiropractic adjustments, and self‑management education.

What is the QAPE approach?

The QAPE approach includes: Question, Assessment, Plan, Execute with regular progress checks and adjustments.

When should I seek immediate medical care for whiplash?

Seek emergency care if you experience severe neck pain, loss of limb movement, severe headaches, worsening numbness, or difficulty breathing or swallowing.

Which location should I visit for whiplash treatment?
